Friday november 18th and 10a.m. i smoked my last cigarette. it is now sunday at 2:30P.M. i have been a smoker for over 10 years and i realised what tolls it has taken on me, so me and my wife both have quit.

Congrats! Are you still cig free? I've never smoked, but I can imagine it's evil trying to quit. Kudos to you!

today - january 7th and i am still smoke free it is extremely hard me and my wife both joke around like when we go to the store and im like do you want anything she will say yup - a pepsi doritos and a pack of cigs.
